Meet Ashley Gregg

Ashley brings a mix of creativity, entrepreneurship, and genuine connection to Momentum. With more than a decade of experience in the Medicare insurance industry, a background in real estate, and now several years dedicated to hearing healthcare, her career has always centered around helping people navigate important decisions with education, honesty, and confidence.

At Momentum, Ashley is passionate about making hearing healthcare feel less clinical and more personal. She believes patients deserve to understand their hearing, their options, and the why behind their care—not simply be told what they need. Education and prevention are a big part of that philosophy, along with creating an experience where patients and their families feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in their hearing health.

Ashley is also the creative force behind much of Momentum’s branding, marketing, community outreach, and continued growth. She loves finding new ways to educate the public about hearing health, connecting with other professionals in the industry, and helping move hearing healthcare forward. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association and is especially passionate about supporting and connecting with other hearing professionals. No matter what she’s working on, integrity comes first.

Outside of Momentum, Ashley feels most at home with her family—and somewhere near the water. She lives in the Blue Mountains of Cumberland County with her husband, Nick, three dogs, and a flock of chickens, and spends as much time as she can with her adult children, Alexa and Aiden. She loves cooking for the people she loves, concerts and live music, and finding a good creek, stream, or quiet body of water to explore.

Born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, Ashley still feels deeply connected to that part of the state and returns to Lock Haven and Kettle Creek whenever she can. Whether she’s cooking at home, listening to live music, spending a day by the creek, or gathering with her family, she appreciates the simple things that bring people together.

For Ashley, both in life and at Momentum, it comes back to the same thing: connection, meaningful relationships, and helping people experience more of the life happening around them.
