Ashley Gregg is the heart behind Momentum—a passionate hearing professional and lifelong entrepreneur with a mission to reconnect people to their senses, their confidence, and the people they love most. 

With over a decade of experience in the Medicare insurance sector and a background in real estate, Ashley brings a unique blend of business savvy, patient advocacy, and heartfelt service to the hearing care industry.

Now, with three years of hands-on experience in hearing aid services, Ashley has found her calling: helping patients hear, heal, and thrive. Certified as both a Mindfulness Coach and a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, she weaves a holistic approach into her work—supporting both patients and providers through education, empowerment, and elevated care.

Ashley’s passion extends beyond the exam room—she thrives on branding, marketing, and innovating within the hearing healthcare space while connecting with other hearing professionals. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association. Whether she’s crafting a campaign or connecting with the next generation of hearing providers, Ashley’s goal is always the same: connection, clarity, and genuine care that lasts, 

always rooted in integrity first.

She lives in Newville, PA with her husband Nick, three dogs, and a flock of chickens. She also has two adult children, Alexa and Aiden, whom she spends time with as much as she can. Outside of work, you'll find her traveling, reading a book, or making meaningful memories with the people she loves.
