We can't tell you how many times we've been asked if we are a chain store, or why we chose the name "Momentum"... So for those of you who are curious enough to take a little time and read about us, this is our story:

Momentum, by definition, is the quantity of motion of

a moving body, measured as the product of its

mass and velocity. It expresses the force and

power of something in motion.

For both Bethany and Ashley, this definition resonated deeply. Just as momentum in physics is the product of mass and velocity, our work is the product of our faith-filled values (mass) and our purposeful action (velocity). Together, they create forward motion that restores hearing, rebuilds confidence, and reconnects lives.

Momentum Hearing Aid Services was born out of friendship, faith, and a shared calling. Bethany and Ashley first met while working together in the hearing healthcare field. Very quickly, it became clear that they shared something deeper than just a profession: a genuine passion for helping others, a commitment to integrity, and a desire to serve people with faithful hearts.

What began as countless conversations about patient care, values, and doing things the “right way” soon turned into a vision—a vision for a practice that put people above profit, compassion above convenience, and service above sales. With prayer, planning, and perseverance, that vision became reality.

In December 2023, Momentum opened its first office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. From day one, it was more than just a clinic—it was a place of trust, care, and connection. Then, in April of 2025, by God’s grace and the support of our incredible patients, Momentum expanded into Carlisle to serve even more families across the region.

Along the way, we have been humbled and honored to be named Harrisburg Magazine’s Simply the Best Hearing Specialist two years in a row. These recognitions remind us that when you build on faith, integrity, and compassion, lives are truly changed—for our patients and for us.

Together, the Momentum Team is redefining what hearing care feels like.

With a shared passion for connection, compassion, and communication, Momentum is more than just a hearing aid office—it’s a place where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

Blending Bethany’s soulful, nurturing approach to patient relationships with Ashley’s heart for innovation, education, and entrepreneurial vision, they’ve created a practice rooted in integrity, family values, and high-level expertise. Every patient is welcomed like a friend and treated like family.

In 2024 & 2025, Momentum was honored to be voted “Simply the Best Hearing Specialist” in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania—a title that holds deep meaning for the entire team. To Ashley and Bethany, it’s more than a badge of excellence; it’s a reflection of the trust their patients place in them, the quality of care they deliver, and the heart they pour into every appointment.

Driven by their belief that hearing care changes lives, they strive to reconnect individuals not just to sound—but to laughter, conversation, confidence, and the people who matter most.
